(1.1) Shipping Options

Chitin Nature Company's service ships through various different sources:
(a) Printify - A web partner with Shopify for most of our merch.
(b) Amazon - We will be including amazons services with certain merch.
(c) From Home - Depending on the item, most custom items and prints and other goodies will be shipped from our offices.

 

(1.2) Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes

All orders shipping outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process of additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
